MakeMyPerfum retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.
All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of Court at New Delhi, India, only.
If MakeMyPerfum is unable to deliver your order, then complete refund will be made. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc. caused due to non-delivery.
ORDER CANCELLATION & REFUND:
Once placed, order can be cancelled by calling our Customer care number 7827700700 or sending an email on support@makemyperfum.com within 4 hours of placing the order. Post 4 hours we will not be able to cancel the order.
We are available over call Thursday to Tuesday 09:30AM to 06:30PM. If you want to cancel any order on non-working hours or public holidays kindly drop us an Email and we will get back to you.
Once order is cancelled, online payment will be refunded within 10 to 15 working day through the same medium.
PRODUCT RETURNS:
Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible.
To return any items that are damaged or not as per your original order, please contact customer service by calling on our Customer care number 7827700700 or sending an email on support@makemyperfum.com within 48 hours of the delivery of the product along with images of the product received.
All damaged items or items not as per your order that are to be returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and products in unopened, saleable condition, otherwise the same will not be taken back.
Shipping charges + Convenience Fees for return of these orders will not be refunded.
Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used products.
For products returned, online payment will be refunded within 10 to 15 working day through the same medium, once product is received by us.
REFUSE TO ACCEPT ORDER:
Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible.
If the buyer refuses to accept his order, he still must pay the shipping + convenience fees in case of COD. In case of online payment refund will be processed after deducting the same.
For orders refused, online payment will be refunded within 10 to 15 working day through the same medium, once product is received by us.
